Working Principle: High-pressure air pumps generate air, which is then injected into water through a bubble generator (such as a perforated plate or micro-porous tube), forming a dense cluster of tiny bubbles. When the bubbles burst in the water, they generate shock waves that remove dirt from the surface of the vegetables. Combined with the flushing force of the water flow and the rolling motion of the vegetables, this achieves the cleaning objective.

Equipment Composition: The main components include a frame, conveyor belt, water tank, air injection device, drain pipe, ultrasonic generator, baffle mechanism, and water spray device. Additionally, auxiliary equipment such as vegetable cutters, blanching machines, air dryers, and packaging machines can be added as needed to form a complete fresh vegetable processing production line.
