Working Principle
A 9-12m stainless steel conveyor hosts four cleaning modules:
1.Pre-wash Zone: 0.2MPa high-pressure water knives remove food residues.
2.Main Wash Zone: 360° rotating spray arms with 55-65°c around detergent solution for heavy-duty degreasing.
3.Rinsing Zone: High-temperature clean water + rinse aid ensures watermark-free results.
4.Drying Zone: 75°c around hot air circulation + infrared radiation achieves <0.1% moisture in 3 minutes.
